Can I apply them myself?
No! Secrets Seamless® Professional Hair Extensions are designed for trained stylists only. Your stylist will choose the best method for your hair type and safely fit them for long lasting, damage free results.
How long do Secrets by Sorellas® Hair Extensions last?
With proper care and maintenance, your professional extensions can last up to 12 months. We recommend using Secrets Hair Care to keep your extensions looking flawless.
Can the hair be toned or coloured?
Yes! Secrets Seamless® Professional Hair Extensions can be gently toned by a professional colourist. However, we don’t recommend lightening or bleaching, as this can affect the quality of the hair.
How do I look after my extensions?
Treat your hair like luxury. Use a sulphate free shampoo, avoid heavy oils near the bonds, always dry your roots after washing and never go to sleep with wet hair. Your stylist will give you aftercare advice. We recommend using Secrets By Sorellas® hair care guide for best results.
Can I still swim or go on holiday with them?
Absolutely! Just tie your hair in a loose braid before swimming, rinse after salt or chlorine and use Secrets Hair Repair weekly. Secrets Seamless® Hair Extensions are made for real life luxury that fits your lifestyle.
Can I use heat on them?
Yes! You can curl, straighten and style your Secrets By Sorellas® hair just like your own. We always recommend using a heat protectant and keeping the temperature below 180°C.
How do I know how much hair I need?
Your stylist will advise this during your consultation depending on your chosen method of hair extensions.
But as a guide:
Half Head - Ideal for fine and thin hair to add body and fullness 80-120g
Full head - Ideal for medium to thick hair to achieve both length and volume 150-200g
Thick/Extra Long Transformations - Ideal for naturally thick or blunt cut hair needing a seamless blend - 220-300g
