Orders & Payments
• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
• Prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable
• Payment must be made in full at checkout

If an order is cancelled after payment, a refund will be issued only where legally required, in accordance with our policies.
Sealed Products, Hygiene & Returns
Many of our physical products are supplied sealed for hygiene and safety reasons.
Once a product or its packaging has been opened or unsealed:
• The product becomes non-returnable and non-refundable
• Your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations may be lost

Digital Products & Training
• Digital training products are supplied immediately upon purchase
• All digital products and training courses are non-refundable
• By purchasing digital training, you expressly consent to immediate access and waive your 14-day right to cancel in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013
Access is granted to the purchaser only and must not be shared.

is the intellectual property of Secrets by Sorellas® and may not be copied, reproduced, shared, resold, or used without prior written permission.
Secrets Seamless® is a trademarked hair extension and training collection operated by Secrets by Sorellas®.
